There will be a wide variety of activity options for all ages including ‘plank-offs’, yoga and mass walks.

The broader focus of National Fitness Day is to encourage and inspire a more long term shift in your routine to benefit your lifestyle, through providing a better understanding of the benefits of an active lifestyle.
